In Faith,

Now in her 32th year of ordained ministry, Evie Macway is a native of Napa, California. After graduating from the University of California, Davis, she earned a Master of Divinity degree from Louisville Presbyterian Seminary in Kentucky. Prior to her call from Trinity, she served congregations in Sunnyvale, California, and Louisville.

Her passion in ministry is the faith that grows out of the community shared in congregational life. She has enjoyed continuing education opportunities in preaching, congregational systems, and Christian education. Evie is a member of Presbyterians for Earth Care, and has served on several committees of the San José Presbytery.

Evie and her husband, Dave, have four daughters: two attending California universities, and two working in local communities.  In her spare time Evie enjoys knitting and quilting, and swimming.
